From September 2010 the Saturday Club will have a new booking system.
Instructions for booking:
Text 07775 246 906 and leave your child’s name and the session you wish to access. Morning session for younger children 3-10 and Afternoon session for older children 11-18. If you are unable to text please leave a voicemail to the number above. The phone line is available between Monday and Thursday every week i.e. please phone to book for first session from week beginning 6th – 9th September 2010 and every week thereafter.
- You will receive a confirmation text if your booking has been successful.
- Please only book on a weekly basis as we cannot accept advance bookings.
- This number is for bookings only but you can still phone 01787 220040 or the Chelmsford Mencap office on 01245 268303 for general enquiries.
- Please let the Club Manager know if you are unable to use your booked place and we can offer it to someone else.
The cost of the sessions remains at £7.50 and are payable on the day. Please bring swim kits and any food and drink that may be needed. A change of clothes is also useful. It is important that we know of any changes to your child’s health, medication and contact details.
In the event of bad weather please enquire on the phone numbers above before setting off as we possibly may be closed. We will display a notice on Facebook, our website and on local radio.
This club is closed during all school holidays, please visit our Daybreak Scheme and CMYC (Youth Club) for holiday activities!
