Membership Form

The Charity’s subscription year is from 1st January to 31st December.  New members joining during the subscription year will normally receive (where available) any back copies of the Charity’s news magazine issued between 1st January and the joining date.  If you are a UK taxpayer it is very beneficial to the Charity if you Gift Aid your subscription. Please complete the 2010 Membership Form Package.  The Annual Subscription is due on 1st January and the rates for each Membership Category are as follows:

• Disability Subscription: £10.00
• Disability Lifetime Membership: £60.00
• Standard Subscription (for parents/carers/friends): £15.00
• Standard Lifetime Membership (for parents/carers/friends): £100.00

Members not having renewed their subscription by 1st March will be deemed to have ‘resigned’ from membership.

Membership Benefits

• You will be entitled to attend all Chelmsford Mencap subsidised Clubs, schemes and events (some age restrictions, waiting lists and fees apply).
• You will receive the Chelmsford Mencap quarterly News Letters/Magazines.
• Payment by Cheque, Postal Order or Standing Order.
