CHELMSFORD MENCAP has been established since 1951 we are a leading local charity covering a wide spectrum of disorders and disabilities based in Chelmsford, Essex and are predominantly run by volunteers. We provide support, services and information to our members. Although based in Chelmsford, we are happy to accept memberships from around the county and further!
